(Consultant – Environmental Health and Management)
David has more than 35 years’ experience as an Environmental Health Officer and senior manager with particular expertise in environmental protection and pollution control. David was Section Manager of Sefton Council’s Environment Section with full responsibility for their diverse range of proactive and reactive services until 2011. In 2012, he served as a member of the national competency framework group for noise control and he currently works as a consultant and a lecturer at the University of Salford and the University of Liverpool, where he is an honorary associate. He is GHEM’s Lead consultant for Environmental Health and Management.
